COVID-19 Consumer Statement (Updated Monday March 16, 2020)
We just want to reach out and let everyone know we are here for you and your pets. During these times of uncertainties our Pets are who we lean on for emotional support. We will do everything we can to keep serving you to the best of our abilities.
As of now we are still open for normal Business Hours. We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines that are listed below.
If you are not comfortable coming into our store we encourage you to give us a call and we can process your order over the phone or when you arrive. We will then bring it out to your car for you. As things progress we will keep you up to date on any changes.
You can also shop with us online.
We Thank You for your patience and understanding as we navigate something most of us never imagined.
We’ve asked our employees that they have increased vigilance with respect to hand hygiene. We ask that you exercise the same accountability to keep yourselves safe – if you are sick or not feeling well please do not come to our store locations. We have an online shopping experience that can have your pet’s favorite foods, treats and toys sent directly to your house within 1-2 days.
As Pet Parents we understand that you may have questions on how this can affect your pet and our knowledgeable staff is ready to answer any questions you may have.
We will continue to monitor the situation in the communities that we serve by checking with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other Public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our stores.
To date there is no evidence that pets can spread COVID-19 (per CDC Guidance).
