A COVID-19 Thank You Letter

We know these last few weeks have been a trying time on all of us. We wanted to take a moment to say Thank You. 

First and foremost, we want to thank our Managers and Staff.  It has been over 5 weeks since Stay at Home orders went into effect.  At that time the government deemed Pet Supply stores an Essential Business.  Those first couple weeks were crazy and at times confusing but our Staff went above and beyond to make sure every person that walked through the door was getting the same service they were used to regardless of the uncertainties we were all feeling.  Since then we have started to adjust to our so called new normal.  Again, our Managers and Staff have gone above and beyond to make adjustments like curbside pickup, keeping the stores as clean as the possibly can, providing the same service you always expect and in some cases even delivering to their local customers.  You all are truly amazing!

Next we would like to Thank our Customers.  Your loyalty means the world to us.  You have been patient, understanding and thoughtful during this whole process.  We Thank You for choosing to shop Small Business when we know sometimes it can be easier to just get it all done in one trip to a Big Box Store.  We hope you continue to shop all Small Businesses as they need you now more than ever.
